B1 - Workshop on vulnerable consumers with the CSF (session will be in French)

This session will be held in French.

The CSF oversees the mandatory continuing education, ethics and discipline of over 34,000 members in Quebec including financial security advisors and group insurance and annuity advisors. In this session the CSF will hold a workshop on vulnerable consumers, how to use the tools on the CSF website to support advisors and design a tool to help advisors in identifying vulnerable clients.
