This is the only Canadian conference dedicated to compliance and complaint handling functions in the life and health insurance industry. You’ll want to attend for an opportunity to hear from, and network virtually, with industry leaders.

Each year the executive committees of the Compliance Section and The Consumer Complaints Officers Section work hard to identify speakers that contribute to the programming. Last year this conference covered topics such as:

• Updates from the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators
• Regulatory perspectives from across Canada
• Issues in complaint management
• Working with vulnerable clients

This year the conference will be accredited for a professionalism hour with the Law of Ontario Society. Provincial Law Societies will be accredited for other continuing education credits.

When registering for this conference, you will have the option to request Provincial Law Society Certificates along with a Certificate of Attendance. Certificates will be emailed, as requested, within 30 days of the conference.
