Plan ahead! Airport transfer options can be limited during peak travel times. The conference has partnered with a local transportation company to offer shuttle service for Tuesday arrivals and Friday departures. Rate is $27+ taxes per trip. Learn more.

At the conference
All conference sessions will be at the hotel on the Convention Centre Level.
Collect your badge from the registration desk starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. If you’ve signed-up for the Welcome to the Conference Meet-up join us at 11:00 a.m. in the Hillsborough Room. The opening plenary begins at 12:30 p.m. in the Bedeque/Cardigan room.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided Thursday and Friday.

How to use the CLHIA Events app powered by Event Mobi™
- Tap the CLHIA Events icon on your device.
- Tap on CLHIA Claims and Anti-Fraud Annual Conference from the list of events.
- Sign in using the email address you used to register and pay for the event and follow the instructions for creating or resetting your password. If you’ve attended any of our past events, enter the password you remember for your Event Mobi account.
- Forgot your password? Follow the instructions for retrieving your password right in the app.
Tip! We recommend downloading and testing the app now before you arrive at the conference. This user guide will help you familiarize yourself with some of the app’s features. If you’ve attended our events in the past you may need to delete and reinstall the app to update for 2024.

Create your own agenda
Plan your days by adding workshops to your own personal agenda. Here’s how:
- Scroll through the Agenda and tap on the workshop you are interested in.
- Use the “Add to schedule” button to add the workshop to your schedule.
- View your schedule by tapping on the profile avatar in the top right corner of the app.
- You have the option to export it to your calendar on your mobile device.
- Need help? This short video shows you how to select your workshops.
Submit questions in advance!
We are accepting questions and discussion topics early for our roundtables on Wednesday and Thursday. Go to the agenda and click on a roundtable session.Tap on the Q&A tab in the top menu and enter your question or topic. Our moderators will review submissions which will help to kick-off each roundtable.
