We are preparing for another exciting Claims and Anti-Fraud Conference on June 12-14, 2024 and the Exhibit Hall is no exception!

The Canadian life and health insurance industry’s premier event, the Claims and Anti-Fraud Annual Conference attracts senior management from some of the country’s largest insurers, representatives from service providers in the industry and senior regulatory officials. We also invite law enforcement officials who specialize in fraud investigations.

Fees

There is a maximum of four representatives per booth. Badge sharing among exhibitor representatives is strictly prohibited.

Special Event - evening of June 13th

$150 per representative (plus applicable taxes)

Exhibitor add-ons

Sunrise Session - an opportunity to position your organization as a leader by providing a presentation to conference attendees. 

Sessions will be listed on the event website and event app. It will be promoted in advance of the conference in a special Sunrise Session e-blast to all registrants. Attendees will get to enjoy breakfast while sitting in on your session.

Spots are limited and available on a first come basis.

What you get as an exhibitor

  1. Standard exhibit booth, measuring 8'x10' with standard furniture package including two chairs, skirted 6' table, 8' high draped back wall and 3' high draped side walls and one 1500-watt electrical outlet.
  2. Two free conference registrations with access to:
  • Opening reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday
  • Closing reception in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday
  • All on-site meals on Wednesday through Friday
  • All plenary sessions (Exhibit Hall is closed during plenaries)
  • All workshop sessions (excluding CLHIA members only workshops)
  • Exhibitor profile in the event app (includes logo, description and more)
  • Listing with link to your company website from the event website.
  • Opportunity to participate in the conference booth prize draws and the attendee passport program.
  • New - Attendee "badge" scanning with digital lead retrieval

Special Event Tickets - Your exhibitor representatives can attend our evening special event, an East Coast themed party on Thursday, June 13 for $150 per representative (plus applicable taxes).  Spend a fun night socializing with conference attendees from across the industry!

Tickets must be purchased before Friday, May 3, 2024.
