Fees
There is a maximum of four representatives per booth. Badge sharing among exhibitor representatives is strictly prohibited.

Exhibitor add-ons
Sunrise Talk - an opportunity to position your organization as a leader by providing a short 30 minutes talk to conference attendees. Sessions will be listed on the event website and event app. Cost: $1,750
Spots are limited and available on a first come basis.
Special Event Tickets - Exhibitor representatives can attend the special event for $150 per representative (plus applicable taxes). Spend a fun night socializing with conference attendees from across the industry!
Tickets must be purchased before May 1, 2025.

What you get as an exhibitor
- 8'x10' booth with furniture package including two chairs, skirted 6' table, 8' high draped back wall and 3' high draped side walls and one 1500-watt electrical outlet.
- Two free conference registrations with access to:
- Opening reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday
- Closing reception in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday
- All on-site meals on Wednesday through Friday
- All plenary sessions (Exhibit Hall is closed during plenaries)
- All workshop sessions (excluding CLHIA members only workshops)
- Exhibitor profile in the event app
- Link to your company website from the event website
- Opportunity to participate in the booth prize draws and the attendee passport program via the event app
- Attendee "badge" scanning with digital lead retrieval
- Option to purchase a Sunrise Talk (limited) and passes at a discounted rate.

Application deadline is April 18, 2025. Your application will be reviewed within five days from receipt.
Upon approval you'll receive an email confirming your participation in our exhibit hall. You'll be asked to complete your application requirements and payment, by AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, or EFT.
You will be required to indicate your preferred booth locations during the application process.
