Group Block Rate and Reservations

We encourage conference attendees to make reservations at the host hotel to take advantage of the discounted rate secured by CLHIA. We recommend reserving your room early, as rooms are limited at the discounted rate. The special rate offer is available until May 13, 2025, or until the block is filled.
Discounted hotel rates are subject to applicable provincial and local taxes (currently 12.27%) and based on per room per night. 
•    Standard single/ double $299 (or $317 with fees only)
The group rate may be offered three days pre and post conference based on availability for those that would like to extend their stay.
