Sunrise talk 
This 30-minute talk will be scheduled on Thursday morning prior to the first set of workshops. Your talk will be promoted in advance of the conference on the conference website and in the event app.

Exhibit booth 
Plan to be visible with your own 8x10 foot booth. Your company will be listed as an exhibitor on the conference website, event app and included in the Exhibit Hall map for attendees to find you. (Spot placement is available on a first-come basis.)

Introduce the guest keynote speaker at the official kick-off or final plenary session. A representative from your company will have the opportunity to introduce this segment with a three-minute pre-approved script. Sponsor recognition in e-blasts
Your company logo will be included as part of a series of e-blast promotions to promote the event. Logo must be submitted at least one week prior to each e-blasts' distribution.

 

Recognition on the event app - design your own sponsor page on the Meet our Sponsors section. In addition to your logo and description, add videos, images, social media links and your own marketing materials to attract new clients.

Recognition on the conference website: Your organization’s logo, description and website will be promoted on the conference website at clhia.swoogo.com/cafac2025

Here's how the application process works:

Step 1: Submit your intent to become a sponsor
A company representative responsible for being onsite at the conference is recommended to submit the application. If it's not known who will be attending the conference, anyone from your company can complete the application and submit payment. Their registration can be transferred to another person at a later date by contacting events@clhia.ca

The primary email address on the application will be notified from events@clhia.ca within 5 business days if the application is approved or declined. 

Step 2: Complete your application and start registration
Upon approval, the same applicant will need to complete the application process. This step includes selecting your company details, selection of add-ons (if applicable), and payment by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

The applicant will be required to allocate sponsor passes for people at your organization. This can be done when general registration opens in March and no later than May 1, 2025. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.

A confirmation email from events@clhia.ca will be sent once the application is completed. The CLHIA will reach out to the the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship.
