Here's how the application process works:
Step 1: Submit your intent to become a sponsor
A company representative responsible for being onsite at the conference is recommended to submit the application. If it's not known who will be attending the conference, anyone from your company can complete the application and submit payment. Their registration can be transferred to another person at a later date by contacting events@clhia.ca.
The primary email address on the application will be notified from events@clhia.ca within 5 business days if the application is approved or declined.
Step 2: Complete your application and start registration
Upon approval, the same applicant will need to complete the application process. This step includes selecting your company details, selection of add-ons (if applicable), and payment by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
The applicant will be required to allocate sponsor passes for people at your organization. This can be done when general registration opens in March and no later than May 1, 2025. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
A confirmation email from events@clhia.ca will be sent once the application is completed. The CLHIA will reach out to the the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship.
