Application deadline is April 1, 2026. Your application will be reviewed within five days from receipt.
Upon approval you'll receive an email confirming your participation in our exhibit hall. You'll be asked to complete your application requirements and provide payment, by AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, or EFT.
You will be required to indicate your preferred booth locations during the application process.

Your first step into the conference experience!
Designed for organizations new to the conference (not exhibited in the past three years), this compact 4x4 space offers an affordable way to showcase your brand and connect with attendees and will be located adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in a high traffic area. Each stand area includes a branded pedestal, stool, and one full conference pass for networking and learning opportunities. Exhibitors can enhance their presence with your own roll-up banner or additional pedestals for an extra charge. One additional conference pass can be purchased. Does not include lead capture solution and inclusion in the booth prize draw.

New - Exhibitor Spotlight Session (6 available)
An opportunity to position your organization as a leader by providing an informative 20-minute talk to conference attendees during open Exhibit Hall hours on June 10 and June 11. Theatre will be adjacent to the Exhibit Hall in a high traffic area. Spotlight Sessions will be listed on the event website and event app. Speakers for this session must use one of the exhibitor passes included in the package or purchase an additional pass up to the allowed allotment. Spots are limited and available on a first come basis.
Cost: $1,500 (plus applicable taxes).
Showcase your company, products and services with these additional brand opportunities that will be front and centre throughout the conference. These add-ons are available to those sponsoring at any level for an additional cost and are available on a first come basis. Limited to one per sponsor or exhibitor company. All prices subject to applicable taxes.
Charging Stations (exclusive)
Don’t let attendees run out of juice! With charging stations strategically placed around the venue attendees will be able to easily connect and charge their devices. All stations will be branded with your company logo, and you will be recognized as a charging station sponsor on the conference website and in the event app. Available until April 1, 2026.

The lounge will give attendees a place to retreat during breaks to unwind, recharge and connect with colleagues in the conference area. Your company name and logo will be used to advertise this space on the conference website, in the event app, and on signage in the lounge. This sponsorship offers guaranteed visibility with the opportunity to add custom signage in high-traffic restrooms. Sponsorship includes refreshing products for attendees. Ready to Apply - read this first!
Here's how the application process works:
Step 1: Submit your intent to become a sponsor or exhibitor
A company representative responsible for being onsite at the conference is recommended to submit the application. If it's not known who will be attending the conference, anyone from your company can complete the request to apply. The primary email address on the application will be notified from events@clhia.ca within 5 business days if the application is approved or declined.
Step 2: Complete your application and start registration
Upon approval, the same applicant will need to complete the application process. This step includes selecting your company details, selection of add-ons (if applicable), and payment by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
The applicant will be required to allocate passes for your organization. This can be done when general registration opens in March and no later than May 1, 2026. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
A confirmation email from events@clhia.ca will be sent once the application is completed. The CLHIA will reach out to the applicant regarding specifics about the sponsorship.
