This sponsorship offers guaranteed visibility with the opportunity to add custom signage in high-traffic restrooms. Sponsorship includes refreshing products for attendees. Welcome Activity (exclusive)
Be the exclusive sponsor and participate in the welcome activity in Quebec City. This activity will be held the morning before the opening plenary session. As the exclusive sponsor, your company logo will be recognized on the conference website and event app. Attendee participation will be limited.

Here's how the application process works:
Step 1: Submit your intent to become a sponsor or exhibitor.
A company representative responsible for being onsite at the conference is recommended to submit the application. If it's not known who will be attending the conference, anyone from your company can complete the request to apply.
The primary email address on the application will be notified from events@clhia.ca within 5 business days if the application is approved or declined.
Step 2: Complete your application and start registration
Upon approval, the same applicant will need to complete the application process. This step includes selecting your company details, selection of add-ons (if applicable), and payment by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
The applicant will be required to allocate passes for your organization. This can be done when general registration opens in March and no later than May 1, 2026. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
A confirmation email from events@clhia.ca will be sent once the application is completed. The CLHIA will reach out to the applicant regarding specifics about the sponsorship.
