Hôtel Château Laurier Québec is conveniently located in the heart of Old Québec, overlooking the Plains of Abraham and within walking distance of the Quebec City Convention Centre (Centre des congrès de Québec).
We encourage conference attendees to make reservations early to take advantage of the discounted rates secured by CLHIA.
The discounted group rate is available for stays from June 9 to June 12, 2026, and reservations must be made no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026, or until the block is sold out. Reservations are subject to availability after this date at the hotel’s prevailing rates. A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
Where available, the hotel may honour the group rate for stays up to three days before and three days after the official conference dates.

Quebec Hilton - Host Hotel
Availability update as of April 22nd, 2026 -
The Hilton Québec is sold out on Tuesday night (June 9), including outside the CLHIA room block.
Rooms remain available at the Hilton for other nights. Attendees requiring accommodation beginning Tuesday may wish to book one night at an alternate nearby hotel and then transfer to the Hilton or make alternate accommodation arrangements for their full stay.

Marriott Quebec City Downtown

A few rooms have been added to the CLHIA room block at the Marriott. Once the block is sold out; attendees may still book directly with the hotel at the prevailing rate, subject to availability.

The discounted rate is available until May 6, 2026, or until the reserved block of rooms are filled. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Rate for standard room is $332 per room, per night + taxes for single or double occupancy.
A charge of $20 per additional person, per night is applicable (maximum of 4 people per room)
