We are one week away from the 2026 CLHIA Compliance and Consumer Complaints Conference! Here are a few items we want you to know before you go.

📍 Where: Manoir Saint Sauveur, Quebec  

Arriving in Saint-Sauveur  

Manoir Saint‑Sauveur is located approximately one hour north of Montréal. As transportation options can be limited during peak travel times, we recommend planning your arrival in advance. Review transportation options on our website.

At the conference    

Collect your badge from the registration desk starting at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the Everest AB foyer. Breakfast will be available from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. in the Matterhorn AB, followed by the opening plenary at 8:30 a.m. in the Everest AB ballroom.   

The workshop rooms on Wednesday and Thursday are located on the hotel level. Refer to the Event app for room locations.

The dress code for the conference and social events is business casual.   

Meals: Breakfast will be provided Wednesday-Friday, and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday in Matterhorn AB. Refreshment breaks will be provided throughout the conference.   

Translation: Simultaneous translation will be offered through the Wordly web-app, which will be easily accessible through your own mobile device by scanning the QR code in the room.  

Bring your headphones or earbuds to listen to the translation on your mobile device.

1. Tap the CLHIA Events icon on your device.     
2. Tap on CLHIA Compliance and Consumer Complaints Conference from the list of events.     
3. Sign in with the email address you used to register and follow the instructions for creating or resetting your password. If you’ve attended any of our past events, enter the password you remember for your Event Mobi account.     
4. Forgot your password? Follow the instructions for retrieving your password right in the app.     

Tip! We recommend downloading and testing the app now before you arrive at the conference. If you’ve attended our events in the past, you may need to delete and reinstall the app to update for 2026.
