Group Block Rate and Reservations 

We encourage conference attendees to make reservations early at the host hotel, Manoir Saint-Sauveur to take advantage of the discounted rates secured by CLHIA. 

The discounted rate is available until April 13th 2026, or until the reserved block of rooms are filled. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  

  • Discount Room rate for single/double occupancy $264 + taxes  

Additional charges will be applied for triple quad occupancy.  

Hotel rates are in Canadian funds and subject to applicable taxes (currently 18.475%) and include a $9 resort fee per room, per night.

Bus 

The Autobus Galland service  and Flixbus depart from the Montreal bus terminal (Gare d'autocars) to Saint-Sauveur. Pricing for round-trip tickets from Montreal terminal to Saint-Sauveur is $18.63. Estimated travel time can range from 1hr 45 minutes to 2hrs 15 mins depending on time of day and traffic. There are no transfers for this ride. Tickets can be purchased online via their website.

Parking is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis and is subject to availability. Manoir Saint‑Sauveur offers underground parking with in/out privileges for registered guests. 

Guests must check in first and inform the hotel of their vehicle’s make and model, and that they would like to opt in to the indoor parking garage. The hotel will then provide a parking card that grants access to the underground lot, with unlimited in/out privileges at any time of day.
