Transportation: If you are flying into Saskatoon International Airport (YXE), please note that the airport does not provide shuttle service to the Sheraton Cavalier. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the hotel.
Dress Code: Business casual attire is recommended for conference sessions. For Thursday evening's special event at Marquis Hall, we encourage guests to dress comfortably and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Jeans are welcome, especially if you're planning to take the scenic walk to the venue. And yes, the Canadian tuxedo is considered event-appropriate!
Weather: October in Saskatoon can bring warm daytime temperatures and cool evenings. Current forecasts suggest highs of 18-21°C and overnight lows of 3-4°C. If you plan to walk between venues or enjoy the self-guided tour to Marquis Hall, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening.
