How the application process works.
- Find your invitation email from the CLHIA and click on the Apply to sponsor button in the email.
- Complete the application which includes selecting your desired sponsorship level, and submitting payment (credit card or electronic funds transfer).
- Receive a confirmation email from events@clhia.ca.
- CLHIA will reach out to the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship and process for registering sponsor reps. Registration opens in June and reps must be registered no later than Wednesday, August 12th, 2026. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
