Exclusive special event sponsor: Your company logo will be recognized as the special event sponsor on the conference website, and the event app. Plus, receive verbal recognition during the Chair’s remarks. 

   

Access to the registrant list: The opt-in registrant list will be shared after the early-bird deadline so you can make a networking plan.

 

Gifts in kind: You’ll have the opportunity to provide branded collateral as part of the attendee welcome gift.

 

Sponsor logo carousel – Your company will be recognized on the event app in a logo carousel providing you additional exposure beyond your company page.

Pre-conference emails: We’ll promote your company’s sponsorship to all registrants in our “Meet our Sponsors” email sent to all attendees before the conference. And your company logo will be included as part of a series of e-blasts to promote the event.

Sponsor recognition on social media : Your company will be recognized and tagged on CLHIA's LinkedIn account a few weeks prior to the event and post event. 

Digital visibility: Your logo and link will be on the official event website. Plus, you’ll have the power to design your own sponsor page on the event app with your logo, link, profile, and digital materials.

On-site visibility: Receive verbal recognition during the official opening and closing remarks, and your logo will appear in digital signage.

How the application process works.

  • Find your invitation email from the CLHIA and click on the Apply to sponsor button in the email.
  • Complete the application which includes selecting your desired sponsorship level, and submitting payment (credit card or electronic funds transfer).
  • Receive a confirmation email from events@clhia.ca. 
  • CLHIA will reach out to the person who submitted the application regarding specifics about the sponsorship and process for registering sponsor reps. Registration opens in June and reps must be registered no later than Wednesday, August 12th, 2026. Refer to your selected sponsorship level for your pass allocation.
